Belfast Restaurant Week kicks off Saturday 4th October at St George’s Market from 10am!
10am: Ciaran McLarnon from The Hundredth Monkey Bakery / The Focacceria
Ciaran will be making a Young Buck Caesar Salad.
11am: Stephen Ferris from Margot
Stephen will be making: Local Bass, Conway Farm Cavolo Nero, Lemon Balm & Lir Whiskey Sauce.

12pm: Dean Coppard from Keenan's Seafood
Dean will be making a Northern Irish Fish Stew: A hearty coastal classic, this stew celebrates the rugged shores of Northern Ireland with a rich tomato base and the deep, comforting richness of Keenan smoked fish. Rope grown local mussels, squid. Slow-cooked onions, carrots, and celery lay the foundation, while a splash of Long Meadow Irish cider and a hint of fresh dill which lift the flavours. It’s a dish that carries the taste of the sea a true autumnal seafood classic of the north.
