Enjoy a signature Merchant Boatyard Martini (made with Boatyard Vodka or Double Gin) served with two Carlingford oysters.
 
At The Merchant we aim to provide a first-class experience for guests, whilst also remaining mindful of our impact on the local and global environment. In order to provide a more sustainable offering to you, we use Boatyard Distillery for our martinis. Boatyard have created refillable bottles thereby cutting down on glass waste. This in no way compromises the excellence of their products and also helps the environment. We’ll drink to that!
