In each of these cocktail making demos, the Fitzwilliam Cocktail Waiters will support guests to make two of the most popular Jawbox based cocktails - Bramble and Negroni.

Guests will also enjoy a tasting plate which will include;

  • Crispy Filo Wrapped King Prawns with Chilli and Garlic (G-wheat, CRUS)
  • Deep Fried Halloumi Fries with Siracha Mayo (G-wheat, M, E)
  • Pork Bite Teriyaki and Sesame (SS, SOY)
  • Salt and Chilli Squid Garlic Aioli (E, F).
