Join Waterman House for a showcase for the end of the lobster season with Kilkeel lobsters, surf and turf style. Niall McKenna will demonstrate how to cook and prepare a lobster. The cookery demonstration will be followed by a 3 course local meal from the team featuring lobster bisque, Tyrone Beef with Kilkeel Lobster, finishing Blackberry & apple cannoli
